The Sled (SR-71) folks had a white & navy blue checkered board scarf - neither had any silk screening on them. The 9th Physiological Support Squadron used an identical scarf to the 99th Reconnaissance Squadron (c.2001).

A (c.1988) 9th Strategic Reconnaissance Wing scarf was blue with white T-38s.
